I want my money..you sold my tickets .

Ticketmaster sold my tickets for the gold cup at allegiant stadium.. they said I’d get my money deposited in my account after a week of the event.. its been longer than a week (almost 2 weeks) and I still haven’t received my money.

Cannot get ahold of them for refund

My credit card has no record they sent the refund ! I cant get ahold of anyone to talk too !!!! I have been in contact with my credit card for over two months waiting for this refund ! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy tickets right now.

Wtf????

While on the phone with fan support in regard to my purchase. The gentleman was professional and was trying to see what options he has to help me resolve this issue. Order# 26-19959/VAN This event is cancelled for the second time with no sense of when it may be rescheduled and I no longer have the credit card account that I originally purchased the tickets on. Ticketmaster keeps sending the same canned message when I email them with my issue, effectively stonewalling my request for a refund.
