Returned for a refund. It seemed to download at first but afterwards ports wouldn’t recognize the device so couldn’t see if there was anything there or not. I don’t have patience to deal with a chat service. User’s recommendation: Obviously it works for some people.
Tried on my pc and Mac. OC says it needs to be formatted. Mac says there is an error in the usb. It started working and then aborted! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy it—support doesn’t exist.
