Update to my first review

Re: 245****. Update… The PhotoStick Customer Service did respond to me… I was given an RMA# to Return this item. I have been Fully Refunded!! I believe I was being ignored at first or this was a bad company. I was mistaken. User’s recommendation: Company keeps busy so have patience.

I just want my 19,000 PHOTOS backed up — not my 51,000 SONGS. But Photo Stick is trying to back up all of them, showing that I have over 79,000 “photos”. How can you make it find only the photos?

What is this? I don’t have any more details! Stop screwing with me. Who designed this questionnaire, anyway?

Program not working properly

Photo Stick crashed before completing downloads. However, the company was very helpful with its advice and is also sending a replacement. I am very pleased with the service. User’s recommendation: Probably a very good product.
