ThePhotostick resolved my problem.

ThePhotostick techies assisted me and worked out the problem, that being my cell (Pixel XL) was not compatible with their device. Full refund provided expeditiously. No complaint with company at all.

Hasn’t worked right since I purchased

Can’t load photos to organizer, once in a while it will work to download new photos but can’t get to them once they are loaded on stick. User’s recommendation: Buy a different product.

I have reached out to them and received NO communication back from them.

It never did work. I purchased 2 of them at the same time. Neither worked. Since I thought I must be doing something wrong, I reached out to ask them to help me. No answer back. Blank USB

When I plugged the Photostick to the rear of my iMac it appears under files as “Disk_img. Then nothing happens. Very bummed and mad at myself for making this purchase. I’ve tried everything to get this to work. Definitely got ripped off. User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your money!
