Service, atmosphere

We came with a friend to have a meal, in cafe Daina, Ikšķile. The order accepted could be said to be fine. It cannot be said that these are waiters, but local students who have nothing to do during the summer. The level is very low. But we waited 40 minutes for the ordered food. While waiting for the order, we were ready to leave. In my opinion, waiters need to keep order, not only in their workplace (bar, kitchen), but also in the trading hall. Because I don't like to linger in such an atmosphere. At another table, a large group of men cursed, shouted loudly, and the people around looked frustrated. Then 40min passed and brought food that was not fully cooked. I had to go and ask where the other ingredients were. This suggests that this place has turned into a pit.
