Terrible non-communication, lost shipment

The shipment was delivered on January 20 without prior call. Three times we were promised to bring the shipment without telling what time and we sat and waited all day. We have tried to call many times, but it is not possible to call any Itella phone number. We went to the warehouse ourselves, told the warehouse that the shipment was lost.
