Long story short, I needed help with my order and I got worst experience unfortunately. Unexpected from a company to be that big. User’s recommendation: Buy without calling customer service also expect your order to be later than what’s promised.

After the very first cleaning, the seams near the hoodie are undone on one side and damaged on the other side. This jacket has now been worn twice. My daughter paid $99 and gave it to me at Christmas, 2020. Please let me know what can be done to rectify this problem. Thank you. Rama Patel
