Lying, fraud
I received a welcome call from OB SERVISS that it was time to change the water meters, which I also agreed to. A few days later a master was present and changed. Unfortunately, during the regular write-off of the monthly meter, I found that the meter is not working. I called the phone from which I offered this service, promised to call back and fix the damage, but I still did not wait for this call. After the time the call was repeated, but this number no longer answered (25604414). I found the phone number of the company's office and called it (25651190), called and agreed on a time when I have to stay at home and wait for a call from the master to put a new meter. So I did not expect this call and the masters, also information from the OB SERVICE office about the absence or non-receipt of the master at other times. I am writing an official letter to [hide] @ observiss.com with an agreement to give me a written answer when a damaged meter is replaced, because I have never paid money for a working meter, not a damaged meter, but the answer is unfortunately not received. There is nothing left to think that OB SERVISS is a forest and fraudulent office that is better avoided and choose another service provider.
