I paid my bill on the 6 August 2021, for my bill for July, and it’s saying on the statement I must still pay double the amount.please can someone assist me and call me on my cell phone 067079****
I would like to cancel my contract with Telkom because I was given a product which is not what I requested. I tried to contact Telkom telephonically several times, however my problem was not resolved. Install a new line

No response from them… am not at all happy with the services… They said they will send the application form to my mail.. still i didnt get any mail from telkom side.. User’s recommendation: Noone.
We already phoned Telkom 10210 on the 3/08/2021 and got a reference number for our internet and land line that is down but no response so on Thursday we call again to esculate the fault and we got again just a reference number no responds then on 10/08/2021 we call again because it is not fixed and...
