Telkom didn’t debit their money on month end now they sent me massages with no direction where to pay and how like their banking details or whatever way. Now i want to pay or deduct it on your own
I need to speak to a consultant that can assist with questions regarding uncapped wifi in Houtbay Cape Town. Please can someone contact me.
Telkom debited R659 from my account this morning and I don’t know why. I don’t have such a debit order on the 13th or perhaps the 15th. User’s recommendation: please notify customer first about any changes in the accounts.
Why I’m I being debited double today 13th August 2021for my telkom account ,when my account was debited on the 31 July 2021,and when I called Telkom service ,a recording said I last paid in April, please assist User’s recommendation: A very unsatisfied customer.
I’m still waiting for the response regarding the Puk number, I requested…. Cause we been trying to call the customer service department
