Received wrong item and they would not acknowledge it or replace it!

They would not acknowledge that they sent me the wrong item even though I sent them a picture which they requested. Do not do business with these people

Ordered item on 12/14/19 have received wrong item 3 times with another on the way. No phone number,only online chat and once you mention credit they disconnect and order another
