Tax Advances does not have a call center and is not associated with Best Buy. The person commenting on this blog earlier has identified the wrong company that they are complaining about. 37 minutes on phone with call center and they asked me to call back when their systems are up??

Called for appointment to set up 3 computer network. They took all personal info which was painful and took 25 minutes only to be transferred to someone else because the individual taking info said could not set appt.
