Cannot reach by phone, email or chat line.

Experience delivery of no paper or incomplete. Cannot reach them so I need to go out and buy a paper and in the mean time I am paying for my subscription. User’s recommendation: Don’t subscribe, just buy a paper when you want one. You will save subscription money..

Completely dissatisfied with delivery of a paper that is not delivering what is being charged for.

Of the last 10 delivery days, ( Wed. &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Fri) 4 were missed including the separately charged TV Week schedule. This is for a newspaper charging the same for two papers a week as it did for seven days a week. Total charge for paper and TV $403.23. CEO Mr. Tash; shame on you!
