Could not get a start date for subscription via online

Online start up did not recognize my account number. Called but office closed on Sat. Call on Monday and got a real person, who got my subscription started.

New subscription, missed dlivery already

I recently subscribed to this paper for Sunday editions for a year paid in advance. I received the first two issues. Today, the third issue due did not arrive.
