Shortchanged refund

My mother died last March so I cancelled her newspaper. Got a refund for the paper but not TV Weekly (like a TV guide) they partnered with after cancelling their TV coverage in the paper. Unresolved delivery issues

Difficult to download paper

Inconsistency in reading the paper on computer. Too difficult to keep trying to reset paper through Google. Should be able to go to your website and read it without all this confusion and time wasted. Please advise as to your corrective action. Subscriber since 1977.
