I already paid for home delivery 7 days per week,however I only get it twice per week and learned through the internet, not via home mail that they make a digital garbage copy as considered adequate.A reputable business would offer a choice of a full refund.I don't want to read a daily newspaper online due to physical difficulties and expect a reputable business to offer refunds Obviously this newspaper doesn't do business in a reputable manner why should ANYONE expect the reportage to be reputable if the manner they conduct their business isn't!!!!!!!
