No service i had talktalk instaled i dont work and nobody seems interested but want to chargefor a service thay dont work

I had talktalk installed it wont work i called your team who wanted to charge me to send out some one it has only been installed for a week wont work i think this is rubbish service sort it or remove it NOT a happy customer User’s recommendation: Look after your customers.

Router not received

I have not received the router which was supposed to get yesterday, I haven’t received any mail or any information about the router or about the engineer visit , which is scheduled today.I am waiting for your help User’s recommendation: Please provide the information via mail.

Has not had broadband service for over a week and there has been no easy way of contacting the service centre.. can this be solved without charging for the periods I have not had service of any sort..

Please replace router has not worked from 26/06/21 Have no chat access Im still being billed for non- service Please call on mobile phone to help – 0773750**** User’s recommendation: Difficult to get help.
