Bad experience. I’ve been promised new latest router and free three months service. None has been provided. It’s loads of lies.

Can I have some respect and respect if you are what you say. I have no respect for people who don’t meet their promise. I have been very patient. New router

I managed to cancel a landline/broadband account for a customer who is in a care home with dementia. They have sent a new router to her home address and I cannot speak to anyone about returning it because their system is entirely fixated on existing customers and neither their ex-customer nor I can provide password information. I want to cancel booking
