We cannot program the lock

Step one I put in 0000 then tracking and get 3 yellow beeps then 0 and get 3red beeps. I am frustrated I cannot get passed step one

Number always goes to voicemail.

I have been trying to get help with programming my lock for over a week. I have called several times and it always goes to voicemail. No way to keep a message. And no one replied to my emails. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy this brand.
