Not to mention that the package was sent back to me 3 (!) times after none of itella I was not notified of the arrival or called, I last received a letter that the shipment is in their warehouse and to contact to arrange a delivery time. I send an e-mail, and after a few minutes I receive a call, the operator is kind and trusts, we agree that I will receive the shipment the next day from 9 to 5.
