When you spray nothing comes out it’s broken and I was speaking to a representative and she was acting for a serial code and mine doesn’t have a serial code and she saying cuz there’s nothing that she could do
Why do have you have to use scents in your wet jet stuff? I saw that you have unscented dry. Will you please start selling unscented wet jet stuff. I am getting sick to my stomach, headaches, stuffed up nose, etc when I use your products. I like the product but have had to stop using it.

After it stopped spraying, I took it apart and discovered the motor was totally corroded . It was about one year old and not used very often. Really a piece of junk.
I called customer service about my Swiffer vac not holding a charge. The customer service was Pleasant and offered me a coupon for a replacement User’s recommendation: I would recommend this company. I have had several products in been very happy with them.
