Swifter wet jet product not working

My wet jet swifter is not working and I was offered a 5.00 off coupon towards a new starter kit which costs about $42.00. I would have preferred a coupon towards any swifter product and I thought $10.00 would have been more appropriate.

Very disappointed in Swiffer duster and also their return policy is very cumbersome

Difficult to use the handle duster and very dissapointed – more trouble than it is worth. Their return policy is confusing and cumbersome – really too much of a bother.
