Con$i$tently $neaky tricky tactic$

My local Suntrust branch said I would have to call to CS to pay off a Suntrust business CC from from my Suntrust business account. I did that. Suntrust CS said I would have to return to the branch to close the business checking which I did but… they never processed the CC payment yet Suntrust reopened... Read more➤

I am tired of such pathetic service if you are able to have them answer your call after you have been holding over 25 minutes. Usually after that length of time they just cut you off.
