Refinanced my home mortgage with mortgage, got instruction on how to set up automatic monthly payment,. Followed the instruction, did not work. So called their customer service phoneline, waiting for more than 35 min, nobody picked up the phone yet. User’s recommendation: Add more customer service agent to reduce hold time.
Im so tired of your ATMs not working. If people have their money in your bank they should be able to access their cash. I went to three different ones this morning and all are down.
