Policies

Why do customers who have had accounts for over 20 years have to show an ID? Masks are useless and not mandated in my state! They should be an option not mandatory. Give people a choice!

Worst service since COVID

Inside banking is closed. Only drive thru is open. Have not spent less than 20 minutes in line, in my vehicle, waiting to deposit a check or perform a simple transaction. 40+ min holding time on phone

Refinanced my home mortgage with mortgage, got instruction on how to set up automatic monthly payment,. Followed the instruction, did not work. So called their customer service phoneline, waiting for more than 35 min, nobody picked up the phone yet. User’s recommendation: Add more customer service agent to reduce hold time.
