Very bad. Have not heard from anyone. NOT HAPPY!!! NO INFORMATION FOR THIS CANOPY ON ANY OF YOUR EMAIL SITES. HOLDING ON LINE FOREVER WITH NO ANSWER.

Bought 11 x 11 canopy a d missing main canopy and broken frame

Missing main canooy and 3 struts are broke. Have not been ab le to get any response and need this fixes User’s recommendation: Don’t buy anything from them.

Tried to order a part.

Made phone contact with a Sunjoy Rep and she that an Engineer will contact me about a replacement for my canopy. No phone call was received. Sunjoy incapable of providing replacement parts

We bought a nice 10’x12′ soft top gazebo for the back yard.
