Unable to communicate with customer service

Unable to get a return address for canopy. Customer service does not answer the phone. Customer service rarely responds to email. User’s recommendation: Make sure your order is correct because you will never communicate with customer service.

I need to talk to a representative and having no luck. Our phone number is 248 310 ****. This concerns a new replacemeny canopy. I sent a picture of the gazebo because it needs to fit.

We ordered 2 canopies 2 years ago. The top square did not fit our frame. I uploaded a picture to them. Thank you for your help

They have now emailed me and are going to try and send the parts when they get them hoping it will be the right size User’s recommendation: Keep trying they eventually will respond i will let yous know after i get the partspatrs.

Replacement parts for gazebo frame

We are looking to replace one of the roof supports that attach to the corner and to of the small support extensions for our 10×12 gazebo.
