I have ordered three time now for a replacement canopy cover, sent two back still no refund. I still have the third one again the wrong one. I don’t know what to do , is all I need is the right cover, refunds for the two that I sent back.

We cant get our new canopy up and the video stinks no one answer for help at all. Taking back getting refunded! Horrible customer service.
