This place lacks care, i emailed for a year that i felt scammed and send screen shots of booking most locations cheaper. Basically saying the 400 a year price tag is a rip off. The rest of the package is the actual deal… They refuse to lower the amount and then begged me to cancel after i...

Well fist we were roped into this. We have taken a two trips. One to Florida which wasn’t too bad. We paid $99 for the week, after the maintenance fee and the prepuchased week. Then we went to New Bern, it was a nice townhouse that had a broken dishwasher and electrical problems in the middle of...

I got calls several times saying I won a trip and when I called them back I was asked if I had $50,000 in income that it was one of the qualifications. What a rip off. You have to have money to win and if you don’t you don’t win.
To this day they still continue to scam and rob people. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Don’t say you have not been warned. They fall way short of what they offer, and they pressure you continually till you block the 800# only thing is they spoof calls to make it look like the call is coming...

Poor service
Hello, 24. 07. 2020 at Melbourne Airport, I checked into a Japan flight with a small child. I have flown before with a child and very recently. It was a big surprise to me when I was told to put the cart in a plastic bag at check in and then pull through the entire airport to the special luggage. When I said when it was not physically possible, because the child is not walking yet and has to take my hands + the hand somq and the hand luggage. Then how to pull the cart on the ground, because I don't have a 3rd hand. Nor was it offered to help with the delivery of non-standard luggage. I have flown back 2/3 months, and last time I was allowed to take my cart to non-standard luggage and close it and put the sticker on myself when the cart is mine. When I mentioned a previous experience when I had never had a problem with a stroller before, because the staff is always responsive and helpful to new mothers who are traveling alone. I have traveled with my child to various EU countries during the last six months and I have not had to pack my cart at any check-in at any airport, because of this sticker, which the service staff put on when they definitely had to stick it on themselves, thus making it difficult to move and move. Everywhere at airports, you are allowed to go to the special luggage and pack it yourself on the spot, because the distance between the check-in area and the special luggage can be a comparative distance. I plan to travel in the near future as well, so I hope that someone from Melbourne Airport will solve this problem. I have also recorded the names of the service person, who were not very kind and understanding. I wonder if the employees come up with such rules themselves, because 1x I encountered such misunderstandings,Prior to this, employees were allowed to travel by cart to the transfer point.
