This place lacks care, i emailed for a year that i felt scammed and send screen shots of booking most locations cheaper. Basically saying the 400 a year price tag is a rip off. The rest of the package is the actual deal... They refuse to lower the amount and then begged me to cancel after i called to book first vacation for a quality check... is this package really worth it. I dont know because of covid. N i called about removing interest payments due to covid . They refused. Sundance will not reimburse the money. Also now I've paid 400 plus 800 for a vacation package i havent even been able to use... plus so much more.. What a deceptive scam. Oh and never got my free vacation. Wow User's recommendation: negotiate or walk away.
