I cannot get help to return my used calibers.

On 6/22/21 purchases Power stop brakes, rotors, and rebuilt calibers, when I called to get another label to return the calibers I sat on hold for 30 minutes. Not being informed of backorders

Would be nice if they would let people know if stuff is on back order. I ordered a fuel tank on 2/10 finally called on 3/8 and am told it was on back order and not going to ship till April.
