Malicious nurse sheri and front desk rebecca

Went in for covid testing as scheduled. Instead of using swab, nurse Sheri used some type of sharp surgical instrument that was not sterile and damaged my sinus on purpose. Poor Service

The apprentice did not fulfill and mixed orders. Almost made false orders. And I don't know how to handle a cash register properly yet. Do not return the balance in time. Go do something else and after a while just ask your colleague what she should do in this situation.
