Why what was charged to my credit card is different then the hotel charged

The hotel changed $126.38 and snap travel charged $152.80. When called all they said was they could refund the $3.00 service charges. Called credit card company and they are looking into it for me. User’s recommendation: Don’t use this web site.

Unable to cancel my reservation
