Receipt issues

I needed a receipt with a 0 balance after I paid. This company couldnt produce a new receipt for me so I lost out of my reimburse from my travel. I wont go through this travel agent again. Horrible service…..

The hotel put me in a room with broken AC AND HAD NO MORE ROOMS TO PUT ME INTO AFTER A VERY LONG DRIVE FROM DALLAS TO MOBILE

Hotel gave confirmation number showing They had no additional rooms and left out to scramble for another hotel after a twelve hour drive They tell me no refund User’s recommendation: Stay away could not stay at hotel and they say no refund.
