Disproportionately large penalty at TheMall store
I will shop every day at TheMall Xx store, 46a Necgales Street, where as an honest citizen I park only when I have to go to the store. Most recently, a CityParking vending machine has been installed, where you must enter the car number to obtain a free 1h parking space. First, I often shop for longer than 1h. Second, several times this great machine has not worked. I enter the car number, the track "enter" and nothing happens. Try again - nothing happens. It was the same today, 10.02., where the additional spent 20 USD in the store, will have to pay 30 USD for 20 minutes of parking at this parking lot. Thank you, CityParking, that you are such great beaters of people and a reasonable penalty instead (by the way, that your machine does not work), you charge a fine of 30 dollars.
