Since I have been sending too many times mail, thus none of their employees are responding to call not giving the detail of the product when will be deliver User’s recommendation: Will not suggest dem to buy the skullcandy product as thier poor service.

I had headset that failed on my within a few months

Their warranty terms are not even customer friendly.
