Be Careful before you buy

2020 Choice Plan now has $350.00 deductible for tier 3&4 meds. Customer service is no better, no worse than any other company; they are all an abomination, and should not be allowed to prey on seniors. Brittany in customer service for Silver Script was trained to forward customers to some other company. Then when I call back, she keeps hanging up on me.

I had immunizations done on 9/4/19. I had Silver Script at that time. My doctors office provided the immunizations. Silver Script refuses to pay for them because they were not performed at a CVS Pharmacy. When I called my Docs office they said Silver Script should be remitting payment. Do not go With SilverScript. They change the copay to common drugs with no notice to you. Then you change your medicine and fine there are several that have the same Tier change.

These are meds you have taken for years. You get the choice..have a stroke, see if your doctor can change your medicine, or try to go without groceries for 2 weeks to pay the copay. Do not go with . The will just change the Tier of your most used medicine and you will have a yearly... Read more➤

Worst customer service ever. Impossible to resolve issues. Terrible robo options on calling for help. Agents seem scattered across globe and no one knows anything. Also pricing increased dramatically starting Jan 1, 2020.
