Attitude towards customers

Terrible attitude towards customers! Since I didn't understand anything from the construction tools, but had to buy a punch as a gift, I entered the MNL construction store. When I approached the stand with the tools, I saw the product I was looking for, I waited for about 5 minutes, no one delivered it, despite the fact that the seller was standing next to him and did not serve anyone, and I saw that we were waiting to be served. Seeing that another vendor was getting rid of me and asked for help, he approached that vendor and told us to serve. Renamed with dissatisfied sowing came to us and said that she is busy she worked and if we had any questions then we had to come by ourselves. Of course, with that attitude I turned and left. At the box office, I asked someone in charge of staff. A man who seems to be a shift elder, which I really doubt now,without even allowing to explain the situation began to speak harshly, and to the question whether such treatment of customers is the norm, he answered WHAT BUYERS SUCH AS SELLERS! Of course it offended me, and in the same tone he spoke to me, I answered them. When I left the store, I decided not to leave it and I called the phone number indicated on the home page. The handset is picked up by a woman whom I asked to connect me to the staff, to whom she said that no one is and all on vacation, then I asked to connect me to someone in charge of staff, do not know why I was connected to accounting, which of course could not help me and then finally a woman who did not name herself said that it could not be because it is the staff who have been working in their store for a long time and if I want to complain then I have to write to the store management and then only they will look at the situation, observe it in surveillance cameras and only then. No one even had a head in, at least apologize! One thing I want to say is: WHAT MANAGEMENT IS THE STAFF!
