I am currently furious because I bought a product (clothing) from Sportsdirect. com worth 60 AU$. The consignment arrived in Australia, however, for some reason it arrived from the UK to Australia within 5 working days, but in Melbourne it stayed (delayed) for 11 working days and then suddenly sent back to the UK (TO THE SENDER). I have been waiting for a month now for no response. If anything, this is another negligence of Australia, how can it be handled with customers do not understand. Who controls Australian Pasts in general? Then understand at least something should be announced, but nothing... What else to use to send a product from abroad plzzz recommend!
