Mislead on deposit return

Main website in Policy Section only shows no deposit return for 0 days advance and no link for any additional policy information. I can provide a copy if needed. Later they change the policy during the rental process to 50% if 30 days or more notice. I cancelled 6 weeks before my date and have not received... Read more➤

Resolved: Book Elsewhere

Update by user May 08, 2018 Company allowed me to movey dates of travel. I think there was a glitch in the computer system that didn’t show me the reservation was non refundable. Update by user May 08, 2018 Worked out moving dates on reservation. They were flexible and I’m glad we came up with an acceptable... Read more➤
