Update by user May 08, 2018 Company allowed me to movey dates of travel. I think there was a glitch in the computer system that didn’t show me the reservation was non refundable. Update by user May 08, 2018 Worked out moving dates on reservation. They were flexible and I’m glad we came up with an acceptable resolution for both parties. I’d book through them again so that says a lot. I’d take back the review if I could. Original review posted by user Apr 08, 2018 VRBO showed I could cancel with a full refund. Owner would not refund my money or offer me a comparable stay. They are rude and heartless. Only recourse is to fight this with the credit card company. Do do business with this company!
