Mislead on deposit return

Main website in Policy Section only shows no deposit return for 0 days advance and no link for any additional policy information. I can provide a copy if needed. Later they change the policy during the rental process to 50% if 30 days or more notice. I cancelled 6 weeks before my date and have not received my deposit back in full. Shelby claims it shows the "modified" policy later. But on website it is clearly not present. Why not have the policy in full on web page labeled "Policy'? I believe I was deceived and warn others to be wary of Shelby's practices. User's recommendation: Be sure you understand as soon as you book, no matter how much notice given for a cancellation, you are out more than 50%.
