Green Mountain energy is a total rip off. I was not aware nor informed in the initial contract that if I am late paying not only do I have a late charge but I also incur a $20 disconnection notice fee. Ridiculous, when the electric has not been turned off.

Advertise that buying a plasma TV as a gift gives a DVD. Did not give. I wrote to RD, the answer asked which store it was in and that's it. A fee for repairing an MP3 player that did not sound a single channel. After repair, both channels sound, but in MONO quality. Simply connect the two channels together. You don't believe in promotions or service. And contact the Consumer Protection Office.
