I have people flying in from overseas for a retirement party. I just want to know when I will have my tickets.

As usual I could NOT get through!

I cannot load my ticket to sell and of course there is no help with it. My acct works on and off and their 10% fee is often more than that User’s recommendation: Don’t expect help from seat geek.

Never got my tickets

Got them the morning of the event, it was a 4 hour drive for me so not ideal at all. Never heard back from anyone at seatgeek afterwards either, next time Ill buy direct

Tickets are saying invalid

They resold our tickets and we cannot get into the venue. Got an email yesterday confirming concert and everything. Drove 2 hours to get here and someone is sitting in my seats. REFUND!!!!
