Tickets not delivered

I am still waiting for my debit card to be reimbursed with the amount paid for the tickets, as well as the email with directions to get 20% credited on PayPal.

I never received my tickets for the Phoenix Green Bay game on 10/28 @ the State Farm stadium

What happened was my fault not knowing the procedure of uploading the tickets. Not pissed just a little confused. Thanks,, jim Groth
