My tickets were stolen from my front porch. I am asking for a refund because I completely missed the event due to this reason. Please help me out and right this situation.
Purchased tickets not showing in MLB or SeatGeek. Hundreds of dollars in three bundles but cant seek to get them. Game less than 5 hours for us. Horrid system. Beware of SeatGeek been trying to resolve for three days and over 3 hours on the phone with 2 reps. User’s recommendation: Don’t use seat geek.
Phillies game rescheduled and tickets for the game were not allowed to be used for the rescheduled day as per Philadelphia Phillies. Was told I would be credited my cost but have not received it yet. User’s recommendation: depends on how long i wait for my credit.
GNothing happened, I was on hold for nearly 40 minutes and the rep hung up on me, I was actually connected for less than 2 minutes. I called three months ago for two tickets on a Saturday game to add on since my young kids are in town that weekend and the rep helped me purchase tickets...
