Unable to contact SeatGeek or resell tix on their site

We found the phone number of seat geek on your site and was able to resolve most issues but we could only get a refund for our tix not resell them for some unknown reason blaming the Covid protocol. Later in the fall we bought resell tickets without issue through 3rd party site and downloaded on SeatGeek??????
