Did not receive credit for my tickets returned

I was asked to email my baseball tickets to be credit to my account and as of today, I did not receive credit. The return was approved. Appreciate you looking into the matter and resolving it. Thank you.

Issue with tickets

I could not get a response from seat geek even though my issue was urgent. I accidently clicked return tickets and then could not get a response for the life of me to see if my tickets were still valid after I clicked that button. User’s recommendation: Don’t use seat geek. Save yourself the trouble.
