I was overcharged. You charged me twice.

You charged me twice. Please call at 828-606-****. I ordered 3 tickets. It said the order hadnt been placed. I place the order again and it confirmed both orders had been placed. Now I cant reach someone on customer service.

Tickets don’t have seat numbers

Refund for tickets

My main concern is the fact that nobody notified me that me seats were no longer excited,until one hour before the game started,I was unable to navigate the upgrade process, which ment I drove 17hrs to watch the game in a bar for which I could of done so from ho.e
