Poor service / fraud
I would like to draw attention to Statoil's disordered car wash system, One moment the car wash check was valid for a month, then after a week, it was again a month, then two weeks! Customers are not informed. If there is a change in these terms, it would only be normal if more information were also available or the seller was aware.
