They are SHADY!!

I purchased a machine control board for a Maytag Neptune laundry center. The advertised part was NEW OEM. I even confirmed with the chat representative as the part was about double in price ($225) for what I could purchase on E-bay or from any of the major appliance…

When ordering a simple door latch for a front loading washer, the website said it was an in stock item. After 3 weeks of waiting, customer service declared it was on back order. Close the parts division or sell it to a company that will get the job done correctly!!
